The Victron EM540 is a standard device for measuring the power and energy of a 3-phase application, for example at the distribution box or for measuring the power of a PV inverter, an AC generator or the power of an inverter and inverter/charger.

Accurate measurement

The EM540 complies with the international accuracy standard IEC/EN 62053-21 and the performance requirements (power and active energy) set out in IEC/EN 61557-12.

Billing measurement

The sliding terminal covers (patent pending in EU, US, CA, AU) can be sealed to prevent any tampering with the terminals, allowing the unit to perform measurements for billing purposes thanks to the MID certification and providing increased protection to the power terminals.
