Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from less important consumers before it is completely discharged (which would damage it) or before it no longer has enough energy to start the engine.
By using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect, you can set any required on/off thresholds. Alternatively, you can set one of nine preset on/off thresholds using the programming pin (see manual).
If necessary, the Bluetooth function can be switched off.
The Smart BatteryProtect is a unidirectional device. It only allows current to flow in one direction, either to a load or from a charger, but not both at the same time. In addition, current can only flow from the IN port to the OUT port. When used with a load, the battery should be connected to the IN port, when used with a charger, the charger should be connected to the IN port.
